Heavy explosions were reported from Stepanakert and other parts of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) on Tuesday as Azerbaijan announced a large-scale military operation against the Armenian-populated region.

AZERBAIJAN’S GOAL IS ETHNIC CLEANSING (GENOCIDE) OF  ARMENIANS OF THE REGION.

It is time that the United States take action and sanction Azerbaijan.
