Such divisive rhetoric undermines the values of inclusion and fairness that our country strives to uphold.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">We strongly endorse Governor Newsom&#8217;s official statement and his decision to file a complaint under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act.
