Despite existing restrictions on U.S. aid to the Government of Azerbaijan, the Biden Administration has used waivers to provide military and other aid to Baku. The Armenian Protection Act aims to remove this waiver authority, limiting U.S. foreign assistance to Azerbaijan in fiscal years 2024 and 2025.<\/h2>\n
